tunabal.com is the personal portfolio of Ali Tuna Bal, a photographer and designer in Ankara. It is built to collect as little as possible. If you only look at the work, I do not collect anything about you.
Who is responsible
Ali Tuna Bal, Ankara, Türkiye. For anything about your data write to info@tunabal.com.
What the contact form collects
When you send a message: your name, your email, the type of job, the date and place if you add them, your message and the site language you used.
I use this only to reply to you and to send a quote. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not added to any mailing list.
Where it is kept and for how long
The message is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and deleted automatically after 12 months.
A copy is emailed to my Gmail inbox (Google) so I can answer. If we work together, that email thread stays as a record of the job.
Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside Türkiye.
Cookies and tracking
There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from this site.
Your browser keeps three small preferences on your own device: your language, light or dark mode, and whether the opening animation already played in this visit. They never leave your device. A sign-in cookie exists only for the site owner's admin page. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block bots. Because nothing here tracks you, there is no cookie banner.
Your IP address
To stop spam, the form and the admin sign-in count requests per visitor. Your IP address is turned into a short one-way code for this and the count is deleted within an hour.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Email info@tunabal.com and I will answer within 30 days. If you are in Türkiye these rights come from KVKK (Law No. 6698, Article 11).
Photos and copyright
Photos and designs on this site are by Tuna Bal. Please ask before using them. Team, club and brand names and logos that appear in the photos belong to their owners. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, write to me and I will take it down.
Gizlilik ve aydınlatma metni
Son güncelleme: 2 Kasım 2026
tunabal.com, Ankara'da fotoğrafçı ve tasarımcı Ali Tuna Bal'ın kişisel portfolyo sitesidir. Olabildiğince az veri toplayacak şekilde yapıldı. Sadece işlere bakıyorsan senin hakkında hiçbir şey toplanmaz.
Veri sorumlusu
Ali Tuna Bal, Ankara, Türkiye. Verilerinle ilgili her konuda info@tunabal.com adresine yazabilirsin.
Sitedeki fotoğraflar ve tasarımlar Tuna Bal'a aittir.
